To add a creative dimension to our 15th anniversary festivities, we are launching a photo and art competition inviting artists, photographers, and enthusiasts alike to illustrate the science behind our Joint Actions. Participants are welcome to submit up to two entries—whether a photograph from fieldwork, a painting inspired by data, or a digital composition. Each entry must have a clear thematic link to one of our ongoing Joint Actions. The first prize is €1,000, and the two runners-up will receive €500 each. In addition, we are exploring the possibility of organising a little exhibition in Brussels. The contest is open until 6 September 2026.
