Due to ongoing construction work in T55, the area towards the light rail/rig area will be blocked due to the placement of a mobile crane and the lifting of equipment onto the roof of the building in week 23.

Downtime heating system
The University of Bergen’s district heating network at Nygårdshøyden south currently supplies several of the university’s buildings with water-based heat. This heat comes from an energy center at Allègaten 41, Realfagbygget. UiB is now undergoing a major renovation of the energy center where heat pumps will be installed to help cover a large portion of the energy needs of Nygårdshøyden south by drawing energy from the seawater supply to UiB.
