BIO was strongly represented during this year’s Arendalsuka, which took place 10-14 August. Vigdis Vandvik participated on behalf of BIO and CeSAM in a number of events related to green energy and energy transition, the natural crisis and sustainable land use. Øyvind Fiksen participated in a debate about the future of Norwegian aquaculture based on the aquaculture report, while Sigrunn Eliassen, in her capacity as Pro-Rector for Education, led an important debate about who should set the framework for teacher education.
Many of the events can be streamed for those interested.
