During the autumn of 2024 there will be held elections to select safety delegates for the 2025-2026 period. At UiB safety delegates at all levels are elected, so the election is conducted in three parts:
• Local safety delegates
• Main safety delegates at the faculty
• The university’s main safety delegate
First the employees select their local safety delegate. This election is to take place no later than October 21st.
There are 5 safety delegate areas at the Department of Biological Sciences (2.6.1-2.6.5), please see this list for an overview:

All employees may nominate candidates for their local safety delegate area. If you wish to nominate someone, please be in touch with Nina Hølland.
