Internal communication and information was one of 3 prioritized follow-up points after the working environment survey that was carried out in the autumn of 2023. In the spring of 2024, a working group was set up with the task of mapping the flow of communication and internal information at the department. The main part of the survey was a survey among all the department’s employees.
Attached is the working group’s report, which consists of 3 parts. Note that the documents are published in MittUiB, and that you must be logged in to be able to read the report. The report is only accessible to BIO employees.

The report was handed over to the department’s before summer. The department management found it appropriate to await follow-up of the survey until after a new head of department had taken office. Some minor measures have already been implemented, including the following changes to this newsletter:
- A search field has been created to make it easier to find older content
- A menu field has been created at the top of the page with links to central information resources, such as the HSE handbook and the department’s “who does what” page.
Other measures to follow up the report’s findings and recommendations will be assessed continuously in the near future.
