On the 1st of March, UiB will establish the Shared service centre for payroll, travel, and absence. The service centre is an extended and joint user suppoert, which contributes to equal treatment and direct dialogue between employee and case manager. User support will consist of three channels: Chat, telephone and UiB Help. A new website is being prepared for the Service Centre, with a user-oriented interface.
An important part of establishing the service centre is to understand how users experience our services and to continuously improve the services provided.. To measure this and gather feedback for improvements, the service centre will be sending out a user survey to employees and leaders.
Before the Shared service centre goes live, they wish to conduct a baseline survey to understand current user satisfaction. Since the Payroll Section currently provides these services, the questions will be directed towards them.
The survey is anonymous and takes 5-10 minutes to complete. It is available in both Norwegian and English, and can be answered using both a phone and a mobile device.
I encourage you to take this opportunity to provide feedback! The deadline for responses is 24 February.
For questions regarding the survey or the establishment of the shared service centre, please contact project manager Christina Horvei.
