This year marks the 200th anniversary of the founding of the University Museum, and we are celebrating the predecessor of the University of Bergen. Join us for the jubilee!
Anniversary Party for Students and Staff
On 25 April, you, as an employee, are invited to a special celebration at Muséplassen and in Museum Garden. There will be a speech by Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre, music, Anniversary Exhibition, coffee, and cake.
Programme:
· 10:30-11:30: Anniversary Exhibition at the University Museum
· 12:00-12:30: Official celebration at Muséplassen
· 12:30-14:00: Coffee and cake in the Museum Garden

Knowledge Festival at the University Museum
We open our doors and invite the city to a knowledge festival on 27 April!
Join us for an exciting day for the whole family with activities both inside and outside the University Museum. All activities are free and suitable for both young and old.
