The SEDNA-project, lead by Associate Professor Maxime Geoffroy (UiT) and with Oliver Müller as part of the project team, recently received 12 million NOK from the NRC. The project will take part in the first phase of the groundbreaking Tara Polar Station (TPS) expedtion.
By participating in the first 15-month drift expedition from the new Tara Polar Station (TPS), SEDNA aims to identify and quantify the links between seasonal and spatial changes in physical ocean conditions and the pelagic ecosystem of the CAO.
