Guidelines for AI use for students are now published on the websites, in both Norwegian and English.
The website addresses students and provides examples of how to use AI and declare its use in assignments, submissions, etc. The site is also a resource for teachers to define and inform about permissible AI use.
It should be considered in each activity or course whether, and how, AI can be used most appropriately, and what should be allowed. It is specified that it is the instructor/course responsible who decides what AI use is allowed, and that this should be informed in each course. Written information must therefore be provided to students on how AI can be used.
The guidelines should to be actively used from autumn 2025, but they can be used now as a resource for those who wish.
