Last week, week 23, there have been several meetings in the working group, including with the administration.
Representatives of the working group also met with EIA [Estate and Facilities Management Division] and the architect on Tuesday last week, so that they could take a short tour of the buildings. They will wait until we have finished our internal working meetings on proposed solutions before they proceed with drawing and design work. More tours may be required later.
Ståle and Julie participated in the NT faculty’s meeting in the Information and Discussion Committee last Tuesday. A briefing was given on the background to our process and what we have done so far.
This week there will be more work in the subject groups on proposed solutions, including MOL and Microbiology having planned a joint tour of TM55. We will have a meeting about student workplaces and teaching rooms this week. In addition, there will be a meeting with all the safety representatives, a line management meeting, on Friday 13 June. In this meeting we will review the risk assessment of the land use process, for input and discussion.
