Dear colleagues,
You are invited to UiB Innovation Day 2025 – “200 Years of Research and Innovation”, taking place on 19 September from 09:00 to 15:00 at Nygårdsgaten 5.
Some of the highlights of the event are:
- A keynote address by Michael Doser, Senior Researcher in Antimatter Physics at CERN
- An exhibition of historic innovations from UiB and the University Museum spanning 200 years, as well as stands showcasing current innovations at UiB
- Presentations by Anne-Kjersti Fahlvik, Executive Director for Innovation in Industry and the Public Sector at the Research Council of Norway, and Ola Elvestuen, Member of Parliament for the Liberal Party and former Minister of Climate and the Environment.
UiB Innovation Day 2025 is part of Innovasjonsuken OPP and will be a meeting arena for academia, industry, and the public sector in the region.
