Since the last update, the working groups have continued developing solutions for both Thormøhlens gate 55 (TM55) and Thormøhlens gate 53, Block B (TM53B).
Progress is furthest along in TM55, where the architect is currently making final adjustments to the drawings to refine details. These updates involve changes to the third, fourth, and fifth floors. The drawings are expected to be completed by the architect in week 43, and once received, we will organize review sessions with the relevant groups.
Work in TM53B is well underway but slightly behind TM55. The architects will continue drafting solutions for TM53B once the working groups have agreed on proposals that meet the needs of both the Ecology and Evolution research group and the University Museum (UM). The goal is to finalize and begin drawing these solutions in the coming weeks. Although detailed planning and solution development take time, we recognize the importance of allowing space for dialogue and involvement.
We continue to hold regular information meetings with our largest tenant, NORCE. A status meeting was held with them on October 15, 2025, and the next meeting is scheduled for mid-November.
