We’re looking for a suitable candidate in a researcher position who could act as evaluator for the UiB idé vurderingskomité. The committee includes representants from private and public sectors, as well as one internal person from UiB.
The evaluator should be able to assess applications from both students and researchers (the applicants have the job to present their ideas in a format that is easy to grasp for a jury that may not be expert on the subject matter), have a positive mindset and are willing to give feedback that allows the applicants to leave from their pitch with new and useful knowledge, have a good understanding of innovation processes, and – critically – have the time to contribute. We are looking at a review of up to 24 applications (max. 5 pages each) between ca. May 12 – 24, and availability for 2 full days of pitching on May 24 and 25. Following pitching, there will also be a smaller task of contributing to the writing of recommendations of winning projects to UiB leadership.
