January 31st : Deadline for researchers to check that:
- All their scientific publications from 2023 have been registered in Cristin,
- A full text version of their articles has been uploaded and
- A project number has been given for all publications funded by the RCN, EU (or other funders that require open access ).
The bulk volume of publications are imported automatically to the Cristin database, so please check the CRISTIN database for pre-registrations before registering new publications, in order to avoid duplicates. (Books and book chapters must still be added manually)
With regard to uploading a full text version, this applies primarily to papers which are NOT published with open access permissions. Open access publications can be downloaded directly from the journal homepage.
