The department has taken several actions to follow up on feedback regarding internal information and communication which was communicated by our staff in the work environment survey which was conducted in the autumn of 2023 and the survey on internal communication which took place in the spring of 2024. To set a clearer frame and structure for the department’s internal communication, a draft for a strategy document concerning internal communication at BIO has been worked out:
