Want to apply your physics, mathematics or engineering skills to the pressing problem of global change?
We are seeking candidates for an open PhD positions to address how life in the world’s oceans will respond to global change. The candidate will be part of our ongoing research program to predict how global change will shape marine ecosystems, but also how they functions, for example, the production of fish, the drawdown and sequestration of atmosphere carbon, and oxygen dynamics of the deep sea. In this endeavor we need candidates with strong analytic skills, who want to apply those skills to model life in the ocean, and who are not daunted by global scale challenges.
