The purpose of our annual survey of our work environment is to get feedback on how the working environment and well-being are at our department. After a challenging period with corona and home office, we are now experiencing new challenges in adapting our activity to a financial level that enables us to break even financially. We understand that this phase can affect both well-being and the working environment, and we are therefore asking this year for specific feedback on how this affects you.
This is an opportunity for us to get a temperature measurement of how the working environment is perceived, and not least for you to get an opportunity to give input on challenges and opportunities. The survey will form the basis for our focus on the HSE day in December, and will also be reviewed in the management group
