Through the Communication Award of NOK 50,000, the faculty wishes to highlight the communication at the faculty. The award will go to one or more people who have made an extraordinary effort to communicate the results of high-quality research and development work – and have shown the importance this has for society.
The committee clarifies that the prize should be awarded for dissemination work, not teaching-related efforts.
All forms of communication are considered: Debate and conference posts, chronicles, books, lectures, blogs, conversations, exhibitions, radio, television, podcasts, concerts, film, websites and social media.
Assessment criteria:
- The quality of the communication
- Versatile use of channels for communication, as well as variety in forms of expression
- Creativity
- Mediation potential towards different target groups
- New voices that deserve to be noticed
- Response from the audience
Both employees and students can nominate candidates. The proposal should be supported by documentation with examples of dissemination.
The deadline for submitting candidates is Friday 24 November at 12:00
