[Our translation]
The University of Bergen has been awarded mobility funds through the Erasmus+ programme. The program has grant funds for staff to teach at European partner universities (teaching mobility). For 2023/24, UiB has been allocated funds to carry out teaching mobility and we are now announcing approx. 24 mobilities for the spring semester 2024.
In the case of a teaching mobility stay, there must be a valid Erasmus agreement with the host university, which includes teaching exchange in the subject code in question. The teaching stay must last a minimum of two days (excluding travel days) and at least eight hours must be taught. More complementary information can be found here:

Participation as a teacher in Blended Intensive Programs (BIP) is also considered teaching mobility.
The deadline for applying for an Erasmus grant for teaching exchange is 15 January. If we receive many applications, we will prioritize employees who have not previously received Erasmus support.
The average stipend is €800 per mobility, equivalent to a week’s stay. The application must be sent from the head of department in ePhorte on case number 23/8065. A completed Mobility Agreement (attached) signed by all three parties can also be used as an application.
We hereby ask the faculties to pass this information on to their employees in the departments and centres. Otherwise, feel free to contact coordinator Helge Bjørlo at the Department of Studies. We are happy to attend meetings to inform about Erasmus teaching and staff exchange.
