On Thursday 6 February we invite to the first seminar of the new bioSEMINAR series, which is also the first of spring’s planned bioTORSDAG events. We hope many people will attend to mark the start of what we hope and believe will be an important arena for strengthening information and communication about our academic activity across the department. As previously announced, the bioTORSDAG program is set up as follows:
- First Thursday of the month: bioSEMINAR with contributions from two of our permanent academic staff (1. aman/professor/researcher)
- Second and fourth Thursday of the month: bioLUNCH with contributions from two people from group B (scholar, postdoctoral fellow, temporarily employed researcher) or C (technical/administrative staff). bioLUNCHES will have an informal character (bring your own lunch).
- Third Sunday of the month: bioTEACH – teacher workshops modeled after the previous digital teacher assemblies
For practical reasons, we will not fill absolutely all Thursdays, but will try to announce all planned events in the series well in advance in the newsletter and on the monitors.
