At the breakfast seminar, we have invited:

  • Bård Fyhn Bård Fyhn has a PhD in psychological safety in teams from NHH (Norwegian School of Economics), where he now works as program manager at NHH Executive. Bård is educated at the Naval Academy and has extensive experience from operational service and leadership development in the Norwegian Armed Forces. Bård is an active speaker in the field of team and management, and is passionate about making research accessible and practical.
