Earlier this year, the University terminated its contract with F24, provider of the CIM module for registration of fieldwork, cruise and excursions, and went to a new provider. However, as of today, the new digital solution is still not available to us.
Starting July 1, registration of fieldwork, cruise and excursions will be done via this form: https://forms.office.com/e/CZQRxW7ZP3. The posters with QR codes that are placed in corridors and elevators at BIO have been replaced accordingly.
The old form in Skjemaker will be deactivated shortly. If you are part of an ongoing trip that was previously registered using the old form, there is no need to do anything. The information will be kept until completion of the trip.
