Ny søknadsperiode for velferdshyttene våren 2026
Du kan nå legge inn søknad om ønsket periode på velferdshyttene for våren 2026,
i perioden 9.april – 28,juni 2026: Velferdshytter
Når du søker om hytte, må du prioritere både ønsket hytte og ønsket periode.
Dersom du får tildelt en hytte, må du enten bekrefte eller avbestille perioden. For å avbestille må du følge lenken i tildelingsmailen og registrere avbestillingen der. Det er ikke tilstrekkelig å bare la være å bekrefte bestillingen.
Avbestillingsfrist for tildelt hytte er 30 dager før leieperiodens start, for å unngå avbestillingsgebyr.
Alle søknader må registreres i UiBs elektroniske hyttesystem (https://reg.app.uib.no/hytter) ved innlogging med UiB-brukernavn og passord. Førstegangssøkere må legge inn litt tilleggsinformasjon.

Vinnerne får tilsendt informasjon på e-post.

New Application Period for Welfare Cabins – The spring of 2026
You can now apply for your preferred period at the welfare cabins for the spring of 2026, covering the period from April 9 to June 28: Velferdshytter
When applying, you must prioritize both your preferred cabin and the desired period.
If you are allocated a cabin, you must either confirm or cancel your booking. To cancel, please use the link provided in your confirmation email and register your cancellation. Simply not confirming your booking is not sufficient.
The cancellation deadline is 30 days before the start of the rental period to avoid a cancellation fee.
All applications must be submitted through the electronic cabin system: https://reg.app.uib.no/hytter, using your UiB username and password.
First-time applicants will be asked to provide some additional information.
To participate in the draw, all applications must be registered in the electronic cabin system.
The application form and further information about the cabins are also available on the employee pages under Employment conditions → Welfare → Cabin hire.
Application: deadline: January 25
Date of draw: January 30
Winners will be notified by email.
