My name is Hilary Rose, and I am a Marie Skłodowska-Curie postdoctoral research fellow in the Between the Fjords research group working with Vigdis Vandvik, Aud Halbritter, and Hilary Birks. My project focuses on seed traits and seed ecology in alpine regions around the world.
I moved to Bergen from Canberra, Australia, where I studied how large-scale tree dieback affects carbon and water cycles. I previously completed my PhD in Oregon, USA, on plant-soil-fungi interactions with a side focus in truffle biodiversity.
